Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated Construction Workers to join our team for the construction of residential buildings. The role involves working on-site to support the building process from groundwork to finishing, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of housing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction of residential houses, apartments, and related structures.

• Perform tasks such as masonry, carpentry, concrete work, roofing, and finishing.

• Operate and maintain construction tools and machinery safely.

• Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and supervisor instructions.

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction (residential or commercial projects preferred).

• Knowledge of basic construction techniques and use of tools.

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Safety awareness and adherence to guidelines.
